Shipping Policy
We ship through our registered and trusted courier partners to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery of your orders. Our packaging is strong and secure to protect your products during transit.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
- For Instant Downloads, files are available immediately after purchase.
- If you do not receive your files, please email us at iusstudio.business@gmail.com.
- Our 24/7 Support Team is always available to assist you.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- We offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders above INR 2999/-.
- For orders below INR 2999/-, a shipping charge of INR 300/- will apply.
- Once your order has been placed, the selected products undergo a quality check and are securely packed to ensure you receive the best product.
- Orders are usually delivered within 2-7 days, with a maximum of 15 days for larger orders.
- After dispatch, you will receive timely notifications about your order status.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- For international orders, a Flat Fee of INR 5500 is charged for order values up to INR 9999/-.
- Free shipping on international orders above INR 20,000/-.
- Shipping charges vary based on location and order quantities and are to be borne by the customer.
- Duties and taxes are not included in the order value and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
- Most countries charge import duties at the time of port entry, which vary based on the destination country and product category.
- Customers are responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency upon delivery.
- If a customer refuses to pay these charges and delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained.

- All Physical orders are processed from our warehouse in India.
PAYMENT:
For Domestic and International orders, we accept all major Debit & Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks, as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options. We accept international payment via PayPal.

Return & Exchange Policy
We value your satisfaction and have established a transparent return, exchange, and refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of purchase. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
Digital Items:
- We offer a full refund for digital items if the customer is not satisfied with the artwork.
- The customer must request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the digital artwork.
- To initiate a refund, please contact us with details of your concern.
Physical Items:
- Customized & Made-to-Order Products: We do not offer refunds for customized or made-to-order products, as they are created specifically for each customer.
- Standard Items: We offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy for eligible physical products.
- Please check the product description carefully to determine if an item qualifies for a refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are not applicable unless the item is damaged during transit.
- If you receive a damaged product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos), and we will initiate a replacement.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- If the product is received damaged, notify us within 24 hours and return the parcel to the seller.
- The refund process will be initiated only after we receive the returned item. (Please note that return and exchange requests will not be accepted beyond the 24-hour window.)
Refund Policy:
- Refunds can only be processed once the item is returned to us.
- The refund process occurs in installments over 1-2 months.
- A partial refund (5% - 50%) may be provided initially, with the remaining amount issued after the product is received.
- The shop retains the right to determine refund eligibility.
- If a delivery is attempted 3 times and fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
- Redelivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost (no refund will be issued for missed deliveries).
